Macrinus decides he no longer needs to keep Caracalla alive and murders him after Lucius starts a gladiatorial uprising in the Colosseum.
Gracchus
Among those who also made an appearance in the first film is Senator Gracchus (Sir Derek Jacobi). A fervent advocate of Lucilla and her schemes, he is captured with her and slain in the Colosseum.
